"We hired Glacier Weddings & Events in January for our late August wedding, and from the very beginning, Amber was an absolute delight to work with. After a virtual meet-and-greet and a thorough pre-wedding consultation, we chose her for day-of coordination—which included multiple planning meetings, an on-site walkthrough, and a dress rehearsal.
As a Chinese-Filipino couple, we wanted to incorporate meaningful cultural traditions into our celebration, including a Lion Dance, Tea Ceremony, and Filipino Prosperity Dance. With so many moving parts, Amber ensured our timeline ran smoothly and stress-free. She made transitions between activities feel effortless—even with all the photo ops couples are expected to squeeze in!
Being a DIY bride, I had a very specific vision for our décor. From the Generations Table to the Welcome Table and Reception setup, I handed Amber and her wonderful assistant a set of notes and reference photos, and they brought it all to life beautifully. Thanks to them, I was able to focus on getting ready and truly enjoy the day—something I had been anxious about. And to top it off, Amber managed all of this while pregnant and working in the summer heat. Incredible.
Amber’s warmth and approachability were such a gift, especially in those final days when last-minute questions popped up. She encouraged open communication, welcomed any concerns, and stayed in sync with all our vendors to keep track of every detail.
